2021/2022 Registration


Dear Parent / Guardian

In order to better prepare for next school year, and to make the student registration process quicker and easier for parents, District 37 will be trying something different for the 2021-2022 school year registration. On May 17th, online pre-registration links will be sent to all parents with an email on file in our Teacher Ease system. If we do not have your email, you may provide it to us by emailing Mrs. Whitaker, in the Jr. High office, at cwhitaker@anna37.com. The pre-registration link will be posted on the District 37 website, under the news and announcements tab, and the District 37 Facebook page as well. Please complete the pre-registration information between May 17th and August 1st. Those not able to complete the pre-registration online may pick up a paper packet in your child’s school office between May 17th – June 1st. To complete registration, all parents of in-coming Kindergarten – 8th grade students must come to the Jr. High office between August 2nd – 6th to pay fees and provide proof of residency (explanation on back). This should only take a few minutes to complete. Student registration will not be complete until this is done. Students with last name starting with A – C should come on Monday, August 2nd; D – H = Tuesday, August 3rd; I – O = Wednesday, August 4th; P – S = Thursday, August 5th; T – Z = Friday, August 6th. Please come to the Jr. High office (301 S. Green St.), on the specified date, between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, to complete your child’s registration. Please note that students will not be permitted to start school without all proper paper work and forms on file. It is our hope that this will streamline the registration process and make it quicker and more efficient for everyone involved.
